What to expect from your first introduction

Before you meet, we brief you. You will know your match's first name, their broad situation and the reason we believe you fit. You will not be handed a dossier, because curiosity is part of the pleasure.

Keep the first meeting short and easy. Coffee or a drink, ninety minutes, somewhere you feel comfortable. The goal is one question: would I enjoy another hour with this person?

Afterwards, we call. Both of you speak to us before you speak to each other about it, which removes the awkwardness entirely and gives us what we need to refine the next introduction.
